Inflammation is linked to most chronic conditions such as type 2 diabetes, depression, Alzheimer's, and all autoimmune disease from Hashimoto's to Crohn's to psoriasis. Inflammation (possibly silent and hidden) may be lurking behind fatigue, brain fog, aches, pains, rashes and so on.
Stats show that 1 in 12 women will get an autoimmune disease during their lifetime, the real number may be as high as 1 in 4.
The good news is that we can control many inflammatory triggers with anti-inflammatory diet and lifestyle choices and prevent, reverse or reduce symptoms of inflammation.
As a functional nutritionist, mother of 2 daughters and part of family where inflammatory conditions have touched at least 3 generations, I know first hand what it takes to come back and feel better again.
In my practice I help women find their best health. I partner with my clients to find root causes behind their symptoms and I guide them how to implement and sustain an anti-inflammatory way to eat and live so they can improve their quality of life one anti-inflammatory choice at a time.
